made for dino 🦕 as part of the Bitsy Secret Santa Jam the prompts i incorporated were "bread baking" and "cozy" -x- how to play: use wasd or arrow keys (or on mobile, swipe) to move and interact notes on development: made in bitsy for me, a version of bitsy (by Adam Le Doux) that i hacked together to better suit my needsi need to give a big thanks to my teammates on team green for their feedback and encouragement in this process! i had a fun time in this jam, and i hope to be able to participate again next year :3 tools i used:itsy-bitsy font by mepixsy by ruin bitsy optimizer and the avatar-by-room, edit image from dialog, long dialog, paragraph breaks, and transparent sprites hacks by Sean Borksy by AYollandShiftsy by Brandon Thread recommended listening: [link here]i spent several hours playing and re-playing Toby Fox's games, Undertale and Deltarune before and while developing this. the abundant and clever use of flavor text in those games inspired me to emphasize that game mechanic here.
