Gate and Valve: Exercise Map

This level was done as a Level Design exercise at Gamagora.The goal  was for us to get familiar with Unreal and learn the basics of Level Design. The instructions were to create the blockout of a level with a Gate and a valve, imagine a lore for it and then add pickups and patrols. The lore is simple and straightforward : the player has been abducted by a serial killer who likes to partake in manhunts. At the start of the level the player wakes up next to the killer’s farm with no idea how he got there. He will have to explore the farm to find what he needs to survive  while avoiding being catched by the killer. What he doesn’t know is that in reality there is not one but two killers, two twin brothers that relish the idea of chasing a prey in the forest all night long. Controls : Z/Q/S/D to Move Space to Jump E to Interact to Crouch Tab to Speed up time (debug)
