Free Electron is a fast-paced game where you are a bouncing electron trying to go back to its energy source as fast as it can. Magnetic fields are getting in your way, you have to use them to your advantage. If you are a streamer, don't hesitate to mention/dm me on Twitter (@DevTwisty) so I can see your clip :) Controls/useful information : The web build is kinda bad. I hopefully hotfixed it, but if you encounter any issue with it, you can use the windows/linux build. (sorry for no fullscreen mode 😅). arrow keys/joystick/d-pad : moveR or X (if on controller) : go back to the last checkpointEnter or A (if on controller) : skip dialogAll the magnetic fields prevent you to move The red fields also drags you on the left and blue fields on the right. Blue "bumpers" give you more speed if you bounce on them. Red spikes bring you back to the last checkpoint Cracked wall can be destroyed if you are fast enough when you hit them This game has been made in only ~9 hours during the GoGodotJam edition 2021. Because of this, it is not a polished experience, just an interesting prototype :) . A game by TwistyDev, sprites and (tons) of feedback by Geek_Joystick. (Free Electron comes from the french expression "électron libre" (loose cannon), which refers to someone who is unpredictable)
